[...] What's he like?

That makes sense. [...] Well. Hopefully, he won't find much traction around here. I doubt the locals appreciate him talking about the Asphodels like that, if nothing else. And if the group stays small, maybe it'll just dissipate?

[...] You don't seem think so, though?

Thanks. Me too. I'm not all that good at 'taking it easy'.

[...] Yeah. That's probably true. I don't know what a group like that might even be after, though.

It's nice! But [...] there's always something more important that needs doing, you know?

Why do you think it puts you on edge? [...] Not that it's unreasonable. I don't think it is. I just mean [...] more than other things?

[...] I know that's true. But it's always easier to say to other people than to yourself somehow.

[...] I'm sorry, Linus. [...] Not knowing where your dad is has to be so hard even without it being tangled up in [...] all that. And now there's a group like this on our doorstep. I can't imagine how that feels.

But, for what it's worth, I don't think that experience means you can't trust how they come across to you.

And please don't apologize. You can always talk to me if you want to.

I hope so too. [...] Do you think it'd do any good to talk to them? Or are they too [...] 'True Believer'?

I get that. Some things are just difficult to talk about.

I don't know. [...] They've all got to have lives outside of the 'Children of Persephone'. People that care about them or things that matter to them. So maybe try to remind them of that and help them find some grounding in that? In something more real than everything they're being told. [...] But I know that's easier said than done. Things like that feel like a community for people.

[...] I'm sorry. I shouldn't be talking about this. I don't know enough about it.
